Series Production

Punching Technology & Bending Technology

Our services: We manufacture punched and bent parts in series ranging from 1 to 2,000,000 units. We can process materials with a thickness of 0.05mm to 2.5mm. Components can be delivered ready for installation; we offer a full-service package from cutting to multi-step bending, deburring (if necessary), surface finishing, coating, packaging, and shipping to you or the end customer.

Additionally, we provide further processing of your production parts when additional steps are required that cannot be completed at your facility. We also offer assembly services as an extension of your production line, assembling finished components into end products. Many of our long-standing customers rely on us as their trusted partner in this area.

Small series of bent parts in heavy plate processing are also possible, for example, up to 25,000 units in the 1mm thickness range and lengths of up to 3000mm.

CNC Turning

We offer prototype manufacturing, single-piece production, or small series production.

The extended Y-axis, tool changer, and powered tools provide a variety of manufacturing options, enabling the production of complex turned parts.

We process a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, and various plastics.

Laser Cutting

Whether for series or individual parts, we provide laser-cut components in steel (up to 25mm), stainless steel (up to 20mm), and aluminum (up to 15mm). The maximum sheet size that can be processed is 1500x3000mm.

Surface Finishing

In punching and bending technology, manufactured parts are often refined afterward. Whether individually or on tape, we offer complete or partial surface coatings/finishing. These services are carried out with our long-standing partners, eliminating interface management for you and minimizing error sources, providing you with significant added value. Everything is delivered from a single source.

Component Design & Tool Design

We are happy to design your punching, bending, and injection molding tools. Get us involved in your ideas or planning as early as possible. Our many years of experience offer you great reliability. You won’t regret placing your trust in us.

Thanks to our expertise and modern machinery, we guarantee fast production times. We design your tools using our own CAD/CAM programs to meet your requirements. We also provide initial prototypes or deliver pre-series parts along with the required test reports.
